Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the company ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you play our mobile games distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play (the "Games"). By using the Games you agree to this Policy. If you have any questions, contact us at tinyfun2026@163.com.
Information we collect
The Games do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address or phone number through the Games. When you play, the Games and the third-party services listed below collect the following information automatically:
- Device information: device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, country or region (derived from your IP address) and app version.
- Identifiers: your device's advertising identifier (on iOS the IDFA, only if you allow tracking; on Android the Advertising ID), app installation and instance identifiers, and your IP address.
- Gameplay and usage data: levels played and their results, in-game currency earned and spent, screens viewed, buttons tapped, settings changes and session times.
- Purchase data: the product, price and currency of in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your payment card details.
- Advertising data: the ads shown to you, your interactions with them and the revenue they generate.
- Diagnostic data: crash reports and error logs.
- Consent choices: the choices you make in the consent message described below.
Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device. Reminder notifications are scheduled on your device and contain no personal information. If you email us, we keep your email address and the content of your message in order to reply and to handle your request.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Games.
- To understand how players use the Games (analytics).
- To detect, diagnose and fix crashes and other problems.
- To show ads in the Games, including personalized ads where you have allowed them.
- To measure which advertising campaigns brought players to the Games (attribution).
- To prevent fraud and keep the Games secure.
- To respond to your questions and requests.
Third-party services
The Games use the following services, which collect and process the information above on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase (Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics) for analytics and crash reports. Privacy and Security in Firebase
- Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform for ads and for asking for your consent. Google may work with other advertising partners to show ads. How Google uses information from apps that use its services
- AppsFlyer for attribution and advertising measurement. AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy
- Apple and Google to process in-app purchases and to distribute the Games.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Your choices
- Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland: when you first open a Game, we ask through Google's consent message whether you agree to personalized ads and related data processing. You can review or withdraw your choice at any time from Ad Privacy Settings in the Game's Settings. If you do not consent, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.
- Tracking on iOS: we ask your permission before accessing your device's advertising identifier. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Advertising ID on Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).
- United States: depending on your state, you may have the right to opt out of targeted advertising. Use Ad Privacy Settings in the Game's Settings where it is shown, or contact us.
- Notifications: you can turn reminder notifications off in the Game's Settings or in your device settings.
Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
We rely on your consent for personalized advertising and for storing or accessing information on your device for that purpose, and on our legitimate interests in operating, analysing, improving and securing the Games for analytics, crash reporting, non-personalized advertising and fraud prevention.
Data retention
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. Information processed by the third-party services above is kept according to their retention settings and policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive a copy of it, to withdraw your consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email us at tinyfun2026@163.com. Because the Games have no accounts, please tell us the name of the Game and, if possible, your device's advertising identifier so that we can find your information.
Children
The Games are intended for audiences aged 13 and over and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, or a minor in your country of residence, you need your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Games. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
The third-party services above may process information in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country. They use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for these transfers.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information from unauthorised access and misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links to third-party websites and ads
The Games and the ads in them may contain links to websites and services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we recommend that you read the privacy policy of each site you visit.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on this page and change the date at the top. If we make material changes, we will tell you in the Games where appropriate.
